Gitt.24b כתב רהמנא לה לִשְׁמָהּ the text (Deut. 24:3) says, ‘unto her, that means, that it must be written especially for her. Yeb.47b, v. שוּם II.Snh.99b העוסק בתורה לשמה who studies the Law for! its own sake (for no selfish ends).
